Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne also has a heart for training future generations of biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has published numerous pieces online, and is an co-author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Transform Lives Through God's unchangeable truth. Kelleman and Viars).
